Much like Stonehenge the architecture of the Boulevard is designed around the astrological seasons. To mark the arrival of the vernal equinox at exactly 7:10 pm the sun will shine its blinding rays from the west, strike the reflecting windows of the building on the east side of the Boulevard and aim directly at my office desk.
