Residents were advised to stay indoors last evening as law enforcement vehicles lined up and down the Boulevard to apprehend a perp. One 10 Souther faced travel delays exceeding ten minutes as police vehicles blocked his car like a sardine in a can.
Police spokespersons, as usual, did not return my call for comment on this arrest.
